About RMHP's Provider Network
Rocky Mountain Health Plans offers one of the few statewide managed care networks available in Colorado. The network provides access to nearly 12,000 participating providers, over 850 pharmacies, and 106 hospitals across Colorado, including Denver, Ft. Collins, Colorado Springs, Grand Junction, Boulder, Greeley, Pueblo, and Durango.

The directory includes enhanced search capability, additional provider detail, and directions and maps to provider offices.
The directory is updated daily and now includes providers associated with Life Strategies, ASO Solutions plans administered by CNIC Health Solutions, and the Chamber of Commerce Association Plans for Grand Junction.

Urgent Care/After Hour Providers
Do you or a family member have a condition that's not an emergency but needs treatment right away? You should always contact your primary care physician first, however if your doctor is not available RMHP has contracts with several Urgent Care/After Hour providers throughout the state. These providers have extended evening and/or weekend hours to provide care without a costly trip to the Emergency Room. To find one near you, click on the green "Find a Provider" button above, select Urgent Care in the Specialty drop down menu, and search by Location.
