Member Option Plans
Our Member Option Plans provide employer groups with flexibility and choice that can be passed along to employees.
Employer groups can choose from a dual option, which includes a choice of any two plan combinations from the PPO, HMO, and HDHP plan offerings. Or they can choose a triple option which includes any three plans available, but must include at least one HDHP.
The Member Option Plans are available to employer groups with five or more enrolled employees. The same chiropractic rider must be selected for all non-HDHP plans.
