RMHP received a 5-Star Member Satisfaction Rating in 2011. RMHP's Medicare 5-Star Member Satisfaction Rating in 2011 shows you we place your needs above all else, and we are here to help you fully understand your Medicare plan.
Member Satisfaction rating comes from the 2010 CAHPS survey results as featured in Medicare & You 2011. This is the star rating for Ratings of Health Plan Responsiveness and Care for 2011 Plan Ratings. You can find more information on RMHP plan ratings at www.medicare.gov. Star ratings are assessed each year and may change from one year to the next.
For the 2011 plan year, Rocky Mountain Health Plans received a Medicare 4-Star Overall Plan Rating. Plan performance summary star ratings are assessed each year and may change from one year to the next. You can view RMHP’s overall Medicare Plan Rating scorecard here.
Medicare Optional Plans
Optional Dental Plan
The optional dental plan is voluntary and is offered on most of our Medical plans, for an additional premium. When you initially decide to enroll in an RMHP Medicare Cost plan, you are eligible to enroll in the optional dental services package at that time. You can also add the optional dental services package during the Medicare Annual Enrollment period each year. If you choose to disenroll from the optional dental services package, you must disenroll during the Medicare Annual Open Enrollment period. Members may enroll in any of RMHP's medical plans without enrolling in the dental plan.

Optional Vision Plan
The optional vision services plan is voluntary and is offered with most of our Medical plans, for an additional premium. When you initially decide to enroll in an RMHP Medicare Cost plan, you are eligible to enroll in the optional vision services plan at that time. You can also add the optional vision services plan during the Medicare Annual Enrollment period each year. If you choose to disenroll from the optional vision services plan, you must disenroll during the Medicare Annual Enrollment period. Members may enroll in any of RMHP's medical plans without enrolling in the vision services plan.

Silver&Fit Affinity is a walking and exercise program that can help you stay active and improve your health. Walk at least 5,000 steps or exercise a mimimum of 30 minutes a day and feel the difference. Enrollment in the program includes:

Silver&Fit Basic - For PERA Members Only
Silver&Fit Basic is an Exercise and Healthy Aging program designed specifically for our PERA Medicare members. There are no copays, coinsurance, or deductibles for the Silver&Fit program. As an eligible member you may choose one of these two options:
- Free Fitness Club Membership at a contracted Silver&Fit Basic Network facility - Entitles you take advantage of all the services and amenities included with your fitness club or exercise center membership.
OR
- Silver&Fit Home Fitness Program - This program offers you the chance to participate in fitness and education activities in the comfort of your own home. When you join Silver&Fit Basic you may choose to receive up to 2 of the following kits:

Prescription Drug Discounts
