RMHP's Medicare 5-Star Member Satisfaction Rating in 2011 shows you we place your needs above all else, and we are here to help you fully understand your Medicare plan.

Member Satisfaction rating comes from the 2010 CAHPS survey results as featured in Medicare & You 2011. This is the star rating for Ratings of Health Plan Responsiveness and Care for 2011 Plan Ratings. You can find more information on RMHP plan ratings at www.medicare.gov. Star ratings are assessed each year and may change from one year to the next.

For the 2011 plan year, Rocky Mountain Health Plans received a Medicare 4-Star Overall Plan Rating. Plan performance summary star ratings are assessed each year and may change from one year to the next. You can view RMHP’s overall Medicare Plan Rating scorecard here.

2.5 copays for 3 months' supply through mail order

After $2,930 in retail drug expenses,
-Member pays up to 86% of the price for generic drugs and;

-50% of the price (plus the dispensing fee) for brand name drugs

until the Member's out-of-pocket drug costs reach $4,700

After the Member's out-of-pocket drug costs reach $4,700, they pay:
$2.60 copay generic;
$6.50 copay for all other drugs;
OR 5% (whichever is higher)

The products and services described as Extras are neither offered nor guaranteed under our contract with the Medicare program. In addition, they are not subject to the Medicare appeals process. Any disputes regarding these products and services may be subject to the RMHP grievance process.
