Plans and premiums to choose from:

Medicare Health Plans

Comprehensive medical and drug coverage with preventive care, such as an annual physical and access to a large physician network. This is a low cost, high value option for folks who find their doctors are already a part of the Rocky Mountain Health Plans network.

Stand Alone Part D

Plans that cover prescription drug benefits only.

Medicare Supplement (Medigap)

For folks who want maximum benefit portability and are willing to pay a higher monthly premium in exchange for not paying copayments at time of service.
