We have served Colorado Medicare Members through our contract with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) since 1977.

- You can go directly to any in-network doctor you need. No referrals. No asking for permission.
- You don’t need a physical exam to enroll, and premiums are not based on your age.
- You won’t be turned away because of a pre-existing condition. As long as you have Medicare Part A and Part B, or Part B only, we can accept you. (People with End Stage Renal Disease (kidney failure) may enroll in certain circumstances.)
- You retain your Original Medicare benefits. No signing them over to us.
- You’ll have a Colorado-based health plan with excellent customer service located in Grand Junction, Colorado.
