SOLO Individual & Family Health Plans
SOLO Individual and Family Health Plans offer comprehensive health plans that cover essential health care services. The plans provide full coverage for preventive exams and screenings and unlimited office visits with predictable office visit copays - all covered without having to first meet the plan’s deductible. You choose your deductible level and one of four different prescription drug options to tailor the plan to fit your health care coverage needs. You can also choose a SOLO HSA Plan, which allows you to contribute to a tax-advantaged Health Savings Account.

In addition to our SOLO Health Plans for individuals, Rocky Mountain Health Plans has served Medicaid-eligible persons and children who receive care under the Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+) program for nearly 35 years.
