Individual & Family Health Plans
Are you looking for health insurance coverage for you or your family? Rocky Mountain Health Plans (RMHP) is proud to offer a wide variety of affordable health plans for individuals and families. If you or your dependents, 19 years of age and younger, do not have health coverage under an employer group plan or through Medicare, our SOLO® Health Plans offer flexible benefits that fit your unique lifestyle, needs, and budget. You can even apply for coverage for your children only.
Here’s a brief overview of each SOLO Health Plan:
The most comprehensive, low deductible plans we offer. You pay a higher monthly premium, but all office visits are covered without having to meet your deductible.
These high deductible health plans (HDHP) offer lower monthly premiums and allow you contribute to a tax-advantaged Health Savings Account (HSA) to cover medical costs.
These plans have the lowest monthly premiums and are designed to protect you against the costs of serious illness or injuries.

In addition to our SOLO Health Plans for individuals, Rocky Mountain Health Plans has served Medicaid-eligible persons and children who receive care under the Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+) program for nearly 35 years. We work closely with the State of Colorado and with local Western Slope private and government organizations to provide or coordinate the delivery of a full spectrum of publicly funded health care benefits.
