For more than 30 years, Rocky Mountain Health Plans (RMHP) has been committed to improving the lives of its Members and the health of Colorado. We currently serve the needs of over 177,000 Members and nearly 190,000 individuals outside of our membership through charitable contributions and the
Rocky Mountain Health Plans Foundation.
Achievements in Health Care Services
To improve the delivery of heath care services, we recently launched:
- New employer group Good Health HMO and PPO plans. These plans are unique and include benefits not found anywhere else in the marketplace, such as 100 percent coverage for preventive care, employee-level choice of prescription drug plans, and an optional rider that covers the first $500 of an accident
- New Solo Health Plans for individuals and families. For ease of enrollment on our SOLO Health Plans, we have also implemented an easy-to-use, web-based quoting and application tool
- New, web-based Access RMHP tool, which provides Members and providers with immediate access to eligibility, benefit information, and claims detail

- Named a Colorado Top Company by ColoradoBiz magazine for our financial performance, business excellence, and community involvement
- Named a Well Workplace by the Wellness Councils of America and promoting our wellness program to our employer groups
- Awarded the 2006 Innovation and Excellence Award in Chronic Care by the America's Health Insurance Plans Foundation for our Improving Diabetes Outcomes in Mesa County, Colorado initiative
